Dear Friends,
I have succumbed to peer pressure once again. It started out as MySpace, went on to Xanga, moved to Facebook, and now here I am.
Many of you have received letters from me asking to join me on my journey. This is one way to come with me. For now, I will be periodically updating you on my adventures in preparing to go. Knowing me, this part of the journey will be filled with foot-in-mouth scenarios and "my mom is sighing at me" incidents. It will also, hopefully, be filled with joy.
So here I am...my heart on my blog. Won't you come with me for the joy, the sadness, and the inevitable laughter?
